indo.earth is a community platform built on Adalo, intended for users interested in the moluccan culure.
Users can:

·       Share posts, stories, photos, and experiences

·       Respond to other users

·       Join discussions and events

·       Explore cultural content

 

3. Eligibility

To use indo.earth, you must:

·       Be at least 13 years old

·       Provide accurate account information

·       Not be banned from using the service

·       All activity that occurs under your account

5. User‑Generated Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, including posts, comments, images, and event submissions.
By posting content, you grant indo.earth:

 

• A non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license

• To display, reproduce, and distribute your content

• Only within the context of providing the indo.earth service

You agree that:

·       You will not post harmful, abusive, hateful, or illegal material

·       You will not share private information of others without their consent

·       You are fully responsible for the content you submit

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

 

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

·       Post spam, advertisements, or scams

·       Upload malware, harmful code, or unauthorized scripts

·       Impersonate individuals or organizations

·       Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the App

·       Use the App for unlawful purposes

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

indo.earth may monitor and moderate content, including:

·       Restricting account access

·       Blocking harmful or inappropriate content

Moderation actions may occur without prior notice.

Your data is processed according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with GDPR.

·       Your data is hosted and stored through Adalo

·       You control your content and may request deletion

·       We do not sell your data to third parties

9. App Availability

The App is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:

·       Compatibility with all devices

·       Adalo (hosting, database, infrastructure)

·       Analytics or storage providers

·       Image handling and event management tools

11. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, design elements, and platform structure are owned by:

Users may not:

·       Copy the design

·       Reverse-engineer the app

·       Use our intellectual property without permission

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

·      indo.earth and Antz B.V. are not liable for any damages resulting from:

o   User-generated content

o   Technical issues or downtime

o   Loss of data

o   Interactions between users

·       You use the App at your own risk

 

13. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if:

·       You violate these Terms

·       You share harmful or illegal content

·       You misuse the App

·       You request account removal

Upon termination:

·       You may lose access to your data

·       Some content may remain temporarily in backups

·       We may retain minimal data for legal compliance

 

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes occur:

·       Your continued use of the App means you accept the new Terms
